Harmonizing the energies in the distribution and decoration, enhancing light, views and comfort has been our top priority. Feel it.
The enclave is unique, the direct access to the beach from the complex itself will bring you closer to the contact with nature.
The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m It has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m. and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a bed of 1.50 by 2m, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, roasting iron and kitchenware. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee.
The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and one for children with all security systems, also has toilets in the pool.
On the other hand the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bath water (between 18 degrees of the winter months and 22 of the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year.
The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle tennis, sailing, windsurfing ...)

Summary: The unit was very nice. The kitchen is especially well-equipped so cooking was easy. The unit is within walking distance of grocery stores and other shopping. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The view from the unit is amazing! Beautiful sunrises. The pool is not heated, or at least not much. The complex is very quiet even though the units are very close together. We felt very safe there. Our daughter loved having the loft area as her own personal space. The beds were very comfortable. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but the parking can sometimes be challenging (it is street parking which means you may be able to park close by or you may end up walking quite a distance depending on the time of day you arrive). Carmen was very friendly and met us when we arrived. She explained everything about the place. It even has its own security system. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
